The FJ400 II's 9-stop power range (1.56 - 400Ws) in 0.1 and 1.0 increments makes it readily adaptable to a variety of situations. The flash head is backed by a 1/24,000 peak action-stopping flash duration in Freeze mode, is capable of 50 fps (camera and power dependent), and supports high-speed sync up to 1/8000 second as well as front and rear curtain sync. Users can also adjust flash exposure compensation from -3 to +3 EV.
Creative Mask Mode
In addition to basic manual and TTL flash modes, other handy settings are available, such as the Westcott Creative Mask feature, a great asset for high-volume and fast-paced shoots.
