At PROCAM Photo & Video Gear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your needs, you can return most items in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included to qualify for a return.

  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your gear back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items to prevent transit damage and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
